Our European and Caribbean Offices:
Our European Office, opened in July 2020, is located near Berlin in Potsdam, Germany. This office provides advisory and management support services to project stakeholders in Germany and the EU.
Our Caribbean Office, opened in January 2024, is located in Belize in the Los Lagos Community near the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport. This office provides advisory and management support services to project stakeholders across Belize, CARICOM/CARIFORUM member states, and Central American countries. In addition, this office serves as a local representative office for regional and international stakeholders, offering full support in English, French, German, and Spanish.
Our Team – Mitch Lee and Louis Vanson:
Mitch Lee manages the European Office and the Caribbean Office as well as supports both offices. He is a US citizen and was a long-time permanent resident of Germany. Mitch holds both a Master of Business Administration (ESADE/Spain) and a Master of International Management (Thunderbird/USA). As well, Mitch has extensive experience in international business development and training as well as valuable intercultural, networking, and mediation skills. Languages: English, French, German, and Spanish.
Louis Vanson supports both the European and Caribbean offices. He is a native of Belize, has dual Belizean and US citizenship, and was a long-time permanent resident of Germany. Louis provides valuable country insight into Belize and offers essential small business development and management know-how. Languages: English, German, and Spanish.
