European Caribbean Development Consulting in partnership with EuroCaribe Consulting specializes in micro and small enterprise development, capacity building, sustainability and international supply chain management in the areas of agroecology; small-scale farmers’ and fishermen’s cooperative development; community development; education; eco-tourism and environmental conservation.

Our Offices:

Our European Office, opened in 2004, is located near Berlin in Potsdam, Germany.  This office offers advisory services and management support to project stakeholders in Germany and the EU.

Our Caribbean Office (planned opening 2021) is to be located in Belize in the Los Lagos Community near the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport. This office will provide advisory services and management support to project stakeholders in Belize and the CARICOM/CARIFORUM as well as act as a local representative office for project stakeholders from Germany and the EU.

Our Team:  Mitch Lee, Louis Vanson and Susan Fuller

Mitch Lee manages the European Office and will support both the European and Caribbean offices. He is a US citizen and long-time permanent resident of Germany.   Mitch holds both a Master of International Management and a Master of Business Administation and has extensive experience in international business development and training as well as valuable cross-cultural, networking and mediation skills.  Languages: English, French, German, and Spanish.  European and Caribbean Offices.

Louis Vanson will support both the European and Caribbean offices. He is a native of Belize, has dual Belizean and US citizenship and is a long-time permanent resident of Germany. Louis provides valuable country insight into Belize and offers essential small business development and management know-how.  Languages: English, German and Spanish.  European and Caribbean Offices.

Susan Fuller will manage the Caribbean Office. She is a Belizean national and completed her studies in Business Adminstration in the US.  Susan has extensive experience with NGOs, business development and project management support. She also has a wide contact base of key decision-makers in Belize, both in government and in the business community.  Languages: English and Belizean Creole.  Caribbean Office.
